I have got to come out soon and start eating that wonderful California way! Like we cooked and ate the last time I visited!

Of course, here it is cold out, so I tend to want to eat rich, warm comfort foods – thick soups, hot vegetables and rice, etc.

Can’t wait to start eating lite again! Hopefully, spring is around the corner…
